Returns & Refunds

1. Standard Product Returns We only accept returns for our Standard Range products, provided the goods are:

  • In their original, unused condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

All accepted returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods that are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.

2. Made-to-Order Products All other products are manufactured to order and therefore are non-refundable and non-returnable once machining has commenced. This includes cancellations where machining has already begun.

3. Cancellation of Orders Orders from our Standard Range can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

All cancellations for custom orders will incur a £30 administration fee, and refunds will be issued within 30 days of written notice of cancellation, provided goods are returned in original packaging, resalable condition, and within 14 days of cancellation.

4. Return Process Before returning any item, please contact us at info@rapidskirting.co.uk to obtain a return reference. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

5. Customer Responsibility for Returns Unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error, you are responsible for:

  • Arranging and paying for the return

  • Ensuring safe packaging of the item

  • Using a trackable shipping method

6. Damaged or Incorrect Goods If your order is damaged or incorrect:

  • Mark the delivery note as “DAMAGED” or “INCOMPLETE”

  • Notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue

  • Retain all goods and packaging for inspection

We reserve the right to replace the damaged/incorrect portion only and will not provide a refund if goods are not made available for inspection.

7. Non-Refundable Items We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products

  • Items that have been machined or customised

8. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, you will need to place a new order once your return has been processed.

9. Fraudulent or Unsubstantiated Claims Unsubstantiated or fraudulent claims, including chargebacks or damage claims, will incur:

  • A £50 admin fee

  • Legal fees

  • Refusal of future orders
