Moisture Resistant MDF Torus Architrave – Standard Range.

With meticulous attention to detail at every manufacturing stage, our products are machined from prime raw MDF stock sheets and are available in a range of heights and thickness. Following precision molding, each piece undergoes two rounds of sanding, prior to being run through our vacuum coater and drying kiln ensuring optimal priming, delivering the perfect finish for your project.

Unprimed: We can provide your architrave without the priming process, where you will find upon delivery your order in its natural state, sanded and unprimed ready for priming onsite. Please be aware that items within our next day range come pre-primed, and the unprimed option is not available for these specific products.

Primed: Your order will undergo thorough sanding and double priming before delivery, ensuring it arrives prepared for the final undercoat and top coat application on site. Opting for pre-primed products not only saves valuable time but also proves highly cost-effective. While the majority of our products are ready for the final coat on site, some deeper cut profiles may require a light sanding and undercoat prior to the finishing coat.
